LuvBooks has a detailed Shipping & Refund Policy. For orders originating in the United States, free shipping is applied with the code FREESHIP at checkout. This discount cannot be retroactively applied after purchase is made and does not apply to orders over $250. For international shipping, there may be significant delays due to customs in certain countries. If your package is delayed in customs, you are not eligible for a refund.
Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, LuvBooks cannot accept returns at this time.
